Cycling in Provence

We're coming to the end of an intense week of cycling in Provence! From magnificent vinyards that make the famous Cote-du-Rhone wine, to silvery olive groves, to the Alpilles (little alps), to ancient hill-fortress cities bustling anew, we biked for six days. Day six included arguably the most difficult ascent in the Tour de France, the imposing Mt. Ventoux -- optionally.

The cyclists approach the St Paul de Maussole hospital, still functioning
since Van Gogh painted some of his most famous works there.
