Jan assembled a few of the most recent photos that he's taken as a quick post to prove that this blog is indeed alive and kicking. Admittedly, Facebook [Jan's profile / Cindy's profile] has seen a lot more updates in the last couple of months.
We recommend trying facebook out -- the key thing about it is efficiency. You can add links, photos, etc. much quicker than with the blog, and it has a lot of other functionality as well.

Earlier this month Jan took a trip to Athens to cover the inauguration of the Global Human Rights Torch Relay -- a parallel torch to the regular Olympic one.
Jan recently did some photography for a book cover, for a book about the chapel of St. Rosalia in Miejsce Piastowe, Poland. There is a well at its base, and the water is said to have curative effects for people with eye diseases.
