I bet that title didn't make much sense to most of you, except those dedicated Poles out there!


The heavily bundled figure in the photo is none other than the famed Przemek, Jan's past co-worker and now good friend. He is sounding ("playing" would be an overstatement) none other than the Ligawka, Poland's equivalent of a didgeridoo, in the very fields that inspire him in his painting and writing. Jan made a 24-hour trip to the Ciechanowiec area to discover just what made this strange man tick.
